Our team has over 100 years of experience in the energy storage industry, specifically as it relates to lithium ion.

Formed in Oct. 2016, CPS focuses on the design and development, manufacture, product sourcing, and installation of pilot scale and full production lines for high energy density energy storage systems. 

We have a highly experienced staff who have worked with major prime contractors and cell suppliers, installed several major production facilities, and completed lithium ion technology transfer.

We have a team in place to support cell selections, battery designs, electronics designs, licensing, Installation of technology and production capability.

Designed the manufacturing plant with a total area of 16,000m² and four production lines:  7, 12, 20, and 55Ah Cells.

Production capability at 2,000 cells per day or 600,000 cells per year (based on 300 working days per Year, 3 shifts per day)

Total number of employees at start was 130: including Production, Engineering, Quality Control, Management, and Others.

Provided all equipment, tooling, technical training, quality control, management skills, and Internal network.

Successfully Built 200 cells. Tested and passed all requirements.

Completed project 3 months ahead of original schedule

Center Of Excellence In Joplin, Missouri

Designed the manufacturing plant with a total area of 10,000m² and three production lines: Pouch, Cylindrical, and Prismatic Cells.

Production Capability at 4,000 Cells per Day or 1,200,000 Cells per Year (based on 300 working days per Year, 3 shifts per Day.)

Total number of employee at the start was 100 including production, engineering, quality control, management, and others.

Provided all equipment, tooling, technical training, and quality control.

Successfully built 1,000 cells. Tested and passed all requirements.
